Q: How is the Listing price determined for my home?

Agents create a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) by evaluating recently sold, pending, and active similar properties in your exact neighborhood. While also taking into account all those added features you have upgraded.

Q: Am I locked into a contract the moment we start working together?
Not at all. Our first meeting is just a zero-obligation strategy session to see if we are a good fit. While we will eventually sign an agreement to legally protect your interests during offers, I focus on building relationships through trust and fast action first.
Q: Will my agent see all of my sensitive financial information?

A: No, your agent only sees the baseline details required to make a valid offer, such as your pre-approval letter and proof of sufficient funds for your initial deposit. Your deeply personal financial documents—like tax returns, credit scores, and pay stubs—remain completely confidential and are handled strictly by your loan officer.
